Use the grips to stretch the wipeout and underlines to the correct width. Double click on the block to edit the text attributes. We’ve already added wipeouts so that you can place this over your drawings without the need to mask or trim lines! This block is annotative, meaning the text size will be consistent at all scales. The Room Name text size is 3/16” and the Ceiling Height and Square Footage text sizes are 1/8”.
